What I appreciate about working at WIN is the unique experience of receiving direct abuses from the CEO in the team calls. I hope this level of candidness continues, as it contributes to the dynamic environment and company culture!

They never credit the salary on time, they never appreciate your work, the CEO bashes you in front of everyone, and you are treated like a slave, There are many other issues, but I don't want to waste any more time on this company.

Everything. People here work less and gossip more, have more politics than in real political parties. Management does not have any managing skills. HR does not have individual voice. Working here was hell

I don't like anything about the company. This is the worst company to work at. People are in stress and few people are also suffering from depression. They still don't understand what work-life balance is.

Everything from work culture to job security is disliked by this company's employees, but the CEO is the most disliked person, and 90% of the working employees would agree with me.

The manager i worked under only pressured me more and more to do work and get my updates. He was less interested in giving me actual coding tasks.

Worst experience me and many employees face as thy first hire you use you then fire you within 5months as they have policy of termination.Ceo Mr Praful of this company don't even know how to run companies he is just like people of Chandni chowk who hire and fire PPL. Even hr manager here has no ethics at all her name is Preeti I warn companies not to hire such PPL who destroy company atmosphere. I don't know how big institute give degree to them .In end who ever join just keep in mind take backup of your work regularly as thy fire you without notice and terminate your computer account and in end nothing left with you and think twice before join them.
