Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus depending on performance.

...t does not address our issues since they are helpless due to budget constraints. Salary structure is not defined well since most of them at same level has huge difference in salary with same responsibilities almost double . Hence salary structure needs to be defined correctly. There is no seperate training team in this organisation and all the trainings are taken by your respective reporting manager or team mate and in the operations ,it is same.

Too much office politics, manager's spoons are given promotions. Too much time tracking and managing humans like robots.

Company is good. Salary is on time. Leaves are good. Hybrid model is good.

Promotion sucks, no promotion even after spending 8 years in company. Management sucks. No appreciation. No motivation. Only show off that company is amazing work culture is amazing. But in reality it is worst. Internal politics.
