...ge by yourselves .you would get initial training but as you go you would learn .pay scale is also pretty decent . You have to look for oppertunity and grab it by yourselves . If you are on a non capitive projects , the brighter you shine , higher you will step up the ladder. The process is defined, you would be fed with all the knowledge . The timings are strict and the pay scale is also pretty good . You would have great enviornment around and would have a planned approach . So its like 'will teach you everything' kind of experience. But if you are able to bring up ideas ,you will be recognized pretty well. In a nut shell , its a great company ,good work lige balance , moderate payscale , no or zero L&D. If you want to settle down on one company This is is the place .

...Even the on shore counterparts believe in work life balance and act accordingly. The second attraction for me is the yearly salary hike which is better than most of the competitors.
