Compensation is very low, not upto industry standards. False promises for promotion/ increment/ new projects/ IJP. Nothing new to learn. Only copy paste work. Successfully wastes you skills. North Indians vs south indian politics in office. Favouritism for kannada people. Intentionally pulling down the process quality of non-kannada speaking employees. Always demeaning non kannada speaking employees.

Good for couch potatoes who are not open to adopt new skill set. Employees try hard to impress Research Manager by punching more earnings data into system and this is only way to sustain there. However, when I left the organisation I realised that the work which is I did there has no market value. I would recommend all the freshers to work no more than 1 year.

Poor compensation High level politics Dumb Manager in Data Research Located in industrial area No food joints nearby Which is reflected in attrition rate of organisation.

One and only Benifits here is Work form home .

...ics inside the team. No Job guarantee/Security , simply they hire for testing . very low compensation and No Appraisal No bonus. They just focus on to get the work done dats it . Very bad work culture and Ethics

A bit of flexibility but that comes due to nature of the assigned work and not coming from management / work culture

At present typical Indian subsidiary having way too different work culture from the US based parent, if the policies are rectified in true spirit to match those of its parent organisation then probably it may become a world class organisation to be associated with

Likes

Work life balance, night shift allowance, data research manager (Istiyak), job security, great manager and understanding team lead, well deserve promotion.

Dislikes

Skill development, some sort of favouritism by 1-2 team leads, regional biased.
