Work Life Balance is good. Saturdays are off. Their products are good. Salary on time.

Dislikes

The management is very bad. It's south people driven company where only south Indian people are given importance and priority After joining from the first month they will threaten you to terminate. Unnecessary sales pressure and high targets without any vision or resources or plan. Zero support from the higher management and operations team. They don't provide any kind of incentives even after committing at the start.

Employee friendly organization-All are treated equally irrespective of role & position Great platform to learn things & comprehensive learning about all kinds of sales High support from management whenever any mistake happens Respects person's efforts rather than his results

... will be high & on other departments will be low- No proper workload alignment Salary structure not as per their net worth Uneven & long hours of working

Good place to learn new things in retail.. When opportunity comes we should utilitie that to achieve our goal, Staff benefits are less comparing to other brand

You won’t receive better opportunities or recognition for good work. You will be expected to handle multiple roles and there will be no salary appraisal.

I was not even provided with basic compensation benifits for my full and final settlement other than my monthly salary not even extra 1 rupee. Even PF contribution of the employer is poor. Just disappointed
