Work culture is terrible, you can only climb up the ladder if your are good at sucking up your manager's tantrums. The job roles are not at all defined, and if you stand up against it, forget about appraisal. If you go to HR for something, they bluntly tell you to suck it up or you'll be in the bad books of your manager and the management.

No salary. Even after giving your best. Same answers like this is our standard policy. Management decisions. Appreciation plans only on paper. And politics in that also

Three is a lot of politics and salay is low. Good for learning

I have not encountered any major dislike in my role. There are always areas where improvements can be made but overall, I find the workplace environment to be positive and supportive.

Likes

1. When one is under personal crisis, WIKA goes beyond the rulebook and help him / her recover from it. For example, after my spine surgery, I needed to avoid travelling. Considering my case, WIKA allowed me to work from home for 3 months continuously. 2. Clean work environment. 3. WIKA provides all kind of trainings to the needy.

Dislikes

Too much of mandatory meetings and program which affect one's day-to-day work and targets.
