Whitehat Jr used to be a great company to work with before byjus's acquisition. I have seen people getting promotions completely based on their skills and performance (Meritocracy), but eventually, everything came to a halt after the acquisition.

...owadays. But whitehat jr was extreme in laying off the employees out of nowhere. And the worst part is that the layoffs were based on their salary range, not on their performance. Many good performers lost their job at a time when jobs in the market are in scarcity. Try to understand the point here, they were moved into different departments then they were judged based on their salary range and then laid off. And because of this strategy, many lost their jobs. PS: If you are thinking of joining whitehat jr now, then take my suggestion and don't join. Look for a better opportunity. Now there's nothing left in the company.

i dont like anything here.. its a very very bad place.. pls donot come just coz they are offering pay package.. its a sham, later they change the ctc to variable more which u wont get anyways.

1. No respect for employees 2. Lack professional environment 3. Salary dates keeps shifting 4. No proper experience letter . Even if you get promoted they won't mention it in letter . 5. Exploiting employees by giving false hopes and less money for work done 6. Unnecessary rules and regulations which keeps changing according to their convenience 7. No proper help for employees 8. No job security 9. Disrespect employees and no proper solution to issues 10. Working culture is the worst 11. No proper compensation for their errors. They just want to exploit people by giving small amount

WhiteHat Jr is an amazing platform to work from home with flexible timing and good salary. I have a good work-life balance. Management is amazing as the employees are given importance in every aspects. Work parameters are so transparent , that we could actually know if we could get promoted or not. Promotion entirely depends on our performance. overall, the platform is amazing. Glad to work in WhiteHat Jr.
