from manager to director all are very unprofessional they told something during joining and told something after joining . sack ratio is very high . job satisfaction & job retention both are very low

They give decently competitive pay and there is a chance for growth if you work day and night

The work culture is pathetic. There is no work-life balance. Everybody is just trying to push their own agenda and KPIs. HR is non-existent.

Mobile and Wi-Fi bill reimbursements of up to 1,000/- per month 6. Employees get a certificate, voucher worth 2,000/-, and recognition for good performance 7. Work from home

1. No company laptop 2. No Diwali bonus or over-the-top hampers 3. No monthly food coupons or gym reimbursements 4. Only 8 casual/sick leaves that unlock in instalments 5. 9-hour shifts that stretch beyond 11 hours almost every day 6. No overtime pay 7. Over 30-minute-long morning standups 8. Superiors lack leadership, which leads to unorganised work environment 9. N number of calls/meetings to give briefs about projects 10. Incomplete and oral briefs 11. Shockingly, we don't have a style guide 12. At WhiteHat Jr/BYJU'S FutureSchool, a copywriter also equals scriptwriter, UX/UI writer, technical writer, proofreader, copy editor, etc 13. Copywriters have no access to tools to track their comms' performance 14. Yet, too many cooks are invited to subjectively cook the broth 15. Job title or position is given based on years of experience vs skills 16. Lead and senior copy editors frequently make grammatically incorrect revisions. This leaves you with two options: argue or let the mistakes slide 17. HR spams inbox with irrelevant emails and "Chill Station" meet invites daily

The work-life balance is okayish if you are working in the technical side team. Overall support and sales work have no life balance it is terrible to work

4 month salary from the month of February still pending, 16 month PF amount pending. Full N Final settlement pending. HR & Payroll teams are not responding to the email.
