Management is a concern. Dumb people who don’t know anything are at high level. Plz reduce the upper management cost, Agent level people works very well and hard. please do necessary lays off in directors and VP level they are the biggest cost to the company. They are liability to the company Why do a company need a Director and VP for every process a senior manager can handle 100 in other companies

...r more than 1 year with this company and my overall experience was really good.. My managers were really supportive and helpful and salary and everything was really attractive...

the only problem is that you wont get any job security and the work pressure is too much... Over all rating i will give 3.5 out of 5

from manager to director all are very unprofessional they told something during joining and told something after joining . sack ratio is very high . job satisfaction & job retention both are very low
