Whitehat Jr used to be a great company to work with before byjus's acquisition. I have seen people getting promotions completely based on their skills and performance (Meritocracy), but eventually, everything came to a halt after the acquisition.

...owadays. But whitehat jr was extreme in laying off the employees out of nowhere. And the worst part is that the layoffs were based on their salary range, not on their performance. Many good performers lost their job at a time when jobs in the market are in scarcity. Try to understand the point here, they were moved into different departments then they were judged based on their salary range and then laid off. And because of this strategy, many lost their jobs. PS: If you are thinking of joining whitehat jr now, then take my suggestion and don't join. Look for a better opportunity. Now there's nothing left in the company.

...any I have ever worked with, people here are supportive and uplift each other. Flexible working hours and in this pendamic providing good salary and helping women. I enjoy working here. And blessed that I am working here and earning well. They provide salary ontime. This job gave me the confidence and uplift my life.

Sometimes meeting targets to get good incentive is a headache

The work-life balance is okayish if you are working in the technical side team. Overall support and sales work have no life balance it is terrible to work

4 month salary from the month of February still pending, 16 month PF amount pending. Full N Final settlement pending. HR & Payroll teams are not responding to the email.

POOR LEADERSHIP, WEAK MANAGEMENT - INABILITY TO MAKE DECISIONS. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE, HAVE TO KILL YOUR PERSONAL LIKE TO WORK HERE. NOT MUCH TO LEARN IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SALES.
