Whitehat Jr used to be a great company to work with before byjus's acquisition. I have seen people getting promotions completely based on their skills and performance (Meritocracy), but eventually, everything came to a halt after the acquisition.

...owadays. But whitehat jr was extreme in laying off the employees out of nowhere. And the worst part is that the layoffs were based on their salary range, not on their performance. Many good performers lost their job at a time when jobs in the market are in scarcity. Try to understand the point here, they were moved into different departments then they were judged based on their salary range and then laid off. And because of this strategy, many lost their jobs. PS: If you are thinking of joining whitehat jr now, then take my suggestion and don't join. Look for a better opportunity. Now there's nothing left in the company.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good annd they also give good salary package. Work life balance is also there

Salary is decent but growth is slow also job security is the main issue.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is very slow

In all the company is good with the work environment, salary, training. Work life balance is in the hand of the employee, as how many hours you can give to get the best of the provided facilities.

...any I have ever worked with, people here are supportive and uplift each other. Flexible working hours and in this pendamic providing good salary and helping women. I enjoy working here. And blessed that I am working here and earning well. They provide salary ontime. This job gave me the confidence and uplift my life.
