...eam and negative work environment especially by those who are there since years. They have silent lay offs - reducing current salary, excessive workload, sudden shift changes, etc, etc.,

... been supportive and accommodating. To ensure safety Work From Home is extended. There have been no pay cuts till July I don’s see that happening for another 6 months. True encouragement to your loyalty.

Not having to come to office currently.

WCR was not just a workplace, it was a nurturing environment with top notch infrastructure and amazing work culture and incredible team that felt more like family. It provided invaluable lessons in work ethic, fostering strong bonds and the importance of autonomy to excel in your role.

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place look I have many good ideas and i tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements.
