The top level management is worst. They use to make changes every month They don't know about there long term goal The major problem is about top management and this need to be improved giving higher salaries to them but they have lack of knowledge. Majorly Indian companies are use to copy american culture but atleast copy them with good ideas. The management only wants high salary. they use to higher people from Indiamart but they don't know Indiamart is service based company and wheelseye is service + product based. if you try to share your ideas this will be worst thing. every company needs profit but the way they are going they will not go so far. For example shuttle this is enough for today

No appraisal no salary increase in more than year. Sales person ke liye join Kiya 1 saal se jyada kaam kiya uss period may kaam kiya jha wheelseye ke Naam tak ko nhi janta tha koi aaj jab 1.5 year baad appraisal ka time aata hai ye log bolte hai apne kya kiya hai humne rules bna diye salary ke related apne kya skill add ki but one question to HR there app logo ne kya skill add Kiya hai jo apki salary har baar bhadd jati hai 2 saal pehle b hiring krte the aaj b whi kr rhe ho jiss company ka log Naam tak nhi jante the us time pe sales kya client onboard Krna long term relation bnana that's easy task or 24*7 client ke liye available hona kya ye skill nhi hai

...e that helps a SE to complete his target, it is best gps seller and service too. Good bonus and incentives.

Dislikes

Fastag onboarding process becomes very lenghty, so SE can't compete in field to others. Lack of FASTAG solution, no one is responsible. Fuel plan is fully worst. Overall company get success in gps only. There is no systamatic way for onrolling employees and salary increment. There should be a onboarding fastag and gps plan for private vehicles. There should be plan for TA/DA, by which se can enjoy his fielding. Thankyou!
