Sales person ke liye join Kiya 1 saal se jyada kaam kiya uss period may kaam kiya jha wheelseye ke Naam tak ko nhi janta tha koi aaj jab 1.5 year baad appraisal ka time aata hai ye log bolte hai apne kya kiya hai humne rules bna diye salary ke related apne kya skill add ki but one question to HR there app logo ne kya skill add Kiya hai jo apki salary har baar bhadd jati hai 2 saal pehle b hiring krte the aaj b whi kr rhe ho jiss company ka log Naam tak nhi jante the us time pe sales kya client onboard Krna long term relation bnana that's easy task or 24*7 client ke liye available hona kya ye skill nhi hai

...ire people like anything working is like BPO culture too much attrition rate . Too much of rate cutting is there so emp don’t earn much incentive as they have to pay from their pocket .

Here seniors force you to pay gps amount from your salary and if you not they threaten for police case. Very worst company ever seen.and force you to sell gps by paying from your pocket. Even TL and AGM force to sell gps by making it live and pay from pocket.

Wheelseye Company very good & staff also very nice most important thing is they are provide salary on time and incentive structure fantastic no criteria no limit depend on employee how much they earn.

Only one thing is bad there is no company benefits and travelling allowance they are not provide
