Worst kind of work culture, not at all suggested to join the company. Not even a single thing is good about the company. Company makes millions of false promises to employees which are supposed to keep employee blind towards personal growth. Everything worst ypu can imagine is here.

...rk is ebon Sundays, personal growth is worst, no hr policy, no medical benefits. Acts towards employees like labourers (ill mannered) , late monthly salary credit (not fixed) sometimes even credits on 13th, 14th of some month. Makes false promises at the time of hiring regarding growth and work schedules.

Honestly speaking do the job of lower package of they are offering more if you want happiness. Every stage you will see Micromanagement. Please don’t join again please.

They use to pay higher than other companies.

The top level management is worst. They use to make changes every month They don't know about there long term goal The major problem is about top management and this need to be improved giving higher salaries to them but they have lack of knowledge. Majorly Indian companies are use to copy american culture but atleast copy them with good ideas. The management only wants high salary. they use to higher people from Indiamart but they don't know Indiamart is service based company and wheelseye is service + product based. if you try to share your ideas this will be worst thing. every company needs profit but the way they are going they will not go so far. For example shuttle this is enough for today

Salary is credited on time. Problem Statements are huge.

Upper management lacks a longterm vision. The upper management is quite egoistic. Huge internal politics across all the teams. Its always new joinee vs the old ones. Metrics gets altered very frequently. The bandwidth is very limited across all the verticals. For design, analytics and tech tasks execution.

Everything From HR policy to operations, No revert on mail from HR team unnecessary salary diduction, not providing proper training unnecessary pressure from date of joining.
