There will not be any benefits except salary. Variable pay will be included in CTC But they try to avoid paying it or giving it in less percentages and they will be given along with June or July month salary instead of financial year end i.e May. This delay happens to the hike too. Power will be at very fewer people and thus politics and discussions is more likely possible.

Worst policies always pressure.employees for AT no time given to prepare and no proper KT..single person should handle multiple projects force to work on weekends also and 12 hours working policy whenever clients to finish the project..worst management and over all very worst
