...ot. And very bad wrong things in there holiday forcing people to caming in job. I know company double pay that day. but that's mean this not company forcing us.

Very poor management, They consider employee like a robot. You'll forget your family if you work here . They are exploiting employees in the the name of Targets. HR policies are completely violated, Even female employees are said to work till 9 or 10 pm . On an Avarage you have work 11 hours in a day . They are defaming Tata's code of conduct..

Education is not matter for this organization like I have master degree in business administration but in my store my salary and 12 standard passed people's are getting same salary.i am the only person who has master degree in my store.Though your performance is outstanding but you won't get promotion only those people's will get promotion who has working here more than 5-6years,even if they can't able to speak in english there is no problem.You have PL and CL but you can't take more than 2 days as a leave. Management not entertain you if you are highly qualified.Allocation of manpower is very poor it means you have to work more than 5 persons work at a time.

I like the environment here and the work is also good and westside gives you a lot to learn like sales billing backend, you can also learn it.

Dislikes

There salary is not incremented on yearly basis and appraisal is also done very late, this is the problem and the pressure of work is very high And one fixed is not less, you have to do multiple things.
