I worked on franchisee outlet, Salary is not incremented on promotion time, it is a weaker side for them.

While a flexible schedule isn't possible for every type of career, you may want to consider going into a career that gives you more freedom.

Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. I know that people with my job earn better, in many companies in this area. And I see no reason why I shouldn’t earn more. I want to assure you that I discussed the issue with my manager. But they said that in the current state of economy they could not offer me anything better.

Very poor management, They consider employee like a robot. You'll forget your family if you work here . They are exploiting employees in the the name of Targets. HR policies are completely violated, Even female employees are said to work till 9 or 10 pm . On an Avarage you have work 11 hours in a day . They are defaming Tata's code of conduct..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology.

Compensation is very poor.. infant single small family can not run with this salary, and also growth is very slow.. No opportunity for girls. 6-7 years old employees but no growth...

...les of the garment in every weekend. SM do partiality amongst staff and manager. in offer letter they will show you different CTC after the joining salary will not come as per CTC. And no one will listen to you.
