I like the environment here and the work is also good and westside gives you a lot to learn like sales billing backend, you can also learn it.

There salary is not incremented on yearly basis and appraisal is also done very late, this is the problem and the pressure of work is very high And one fixed is not less, you have to do multiple things.

...les of the garment in every weekend. SM do partiality amongst staff and manager. in offer letter they will show you different CTC after the joining salary will not come as per CTC. And no one will listen to you.

Salary growth is very low I am working on Westside 5 years 11 month my basic salary growth is 0% And I think other organisations all most 15% - 30% Salary growth Avery years provide the staff but our organisation not provide the growth

Now they have decreased salary and people are not getting promoted that much and incentive structure are decreased also because they are not getting business since zudio has come across.

Usually the timing. Its Actually because of the store manager it is hard to have a work life balance because you have to give approx 10.30hr in a day . And i think this problem will never resolve.
