Lack of training, excessive workload, disregard of EA, arrogant managers. Unaccountable for their actions. Biggest bunch of wombats I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Need to be held accountable. CEO is a muppet

All depends on reporting manager how they treat their employee. So it is still a varying mindset driven question. But over a good company to work with.

Dislikes

No HR involvement or discussion apart from manager. No exit feedback of an employee.

Worst experience, specially working with Joanna Medella from Westpac IB, kindly don't join or work with that lady, she was worst director who hired for such position, overall management is answerable for such terrible choice. She was less knowledgable, no experience to handle team.
