...very bad. There was no job security . There were no option for employees growth. All the employees had to work in same salary for the years. There were no no increments or incentive or or promotion

There was no job security. There was no option for employees growth. All the employees had to work in same salary for the years. There was no increments or incentive or promotion for the employees .Salary was also unjustified which was very low (only Rs. 600/= per month and who's was paid after 6th months )

Likes

Payment is satisfactory per hour. There is no consideration or considerate behaviour towards pregnant women. Work culture is also not healthy for women. It's kind of if you are pregnant and can't work then leave.
