It is like Government service. Salary gets revised every 5 years. You get PF, Gratuity, DA revision every 3 months, your Kind gets job after your death. Job is completely secured unless you get convicted of any crime. You work 6.5 hrs in a day, no one will bother you after your work.

Dislikes

Huge amount of politics is involved (here politics doesn't mean office politics it means original politics involving political parties). Promotion and transfer depends on rulling state government's policies. Have to do election duty and other government schemes. Have to deal with villagers which may be frustrating. There are plenty of office staff who are elected representatives so don't talk any politics inside office.
