Rest , of the management really need to do something about their attitude, one of the very core member of the management does face a lot of existential crisis and she loved to be the center of the talk point always, but honestly with out her the project works better.

They celebrate all the occasions, outing or trips are arranged very quarter. I had joined at very naive experience with this firm, but there is lot of learning exposure. We get to interact directly with client which makes things quite detailed. Yes, as oppose to MNC this place would demand more of your time and skill set, but it is great place to stay for learning which I believe lacks in any MNC coompany.

Saturday working (BTW they started saturday offs from 2024.) Sometime, the job can become more demanding

Dislikes

1.Poor time management and lacks time discipline completely. 2.No separate washroom for women. Only 1 washroom for 30 employees. 3.Washroom inside work area where anyone can hear the flushing and other sounds while engaged. 4.Congested work space where 4 or 5 people would be made to sit in a 3 seater work desk. 5. People don't use earphones for calls and simply attend calls in speaker mode and distract everyone. 6.No basic refreshments like basic chai/coffee. 7.People and managers plays music distracting and annoying people who work around. 8.Lacks the basic office etiquettes. 9.Too much of micromanagement, favoritism for certain people. 10.Too much of mind games by the management team. 11. Managers yell at employees and shifts the blame towards the employees.

Starting 1month you'll feel good company after that *****, NO growth, work under pressure, poor management, i was working 12 to 13hr, attend client call any time, manager call you late night there is no time Monday to Sunday anytime day of night. my suggestion is search other opportunity
