This is the best company for freshers and budding professionals. Though small but a very complex and challenging work environment which gives you the perfect learning opportunity. Senior people are like father figure and they will always encourage you to do your best. You are helped in all possible ways

Perfect place to start your career(not as and intern though). You'll be doing everything by your own ,with no help from others. So you'll be constantly learning during your tenure.

...ase do not join as an Intern, they'll never make an intern a full time employee. They do this only for cost cutting. They'll hire you as an intern and make all their works do at meagre wages, once the period is over, they wont even consider you for the job that you were doing no matter how good you are are at your job.HR department is miserable. Stipend are always late. Employees are not given enough resource to work with.They'll just recruit people just fill the head count,HR don't think what will best for the company.....Interns are not treated good in that company especially by the HR department. (may be interns are treated like this everywhere)

...rove out skills and technology in depth. For gaining knowledge it is preferable. But salary and facilities are very poor. You will not get a proper hike even if you work hard. Management is very poor and authoritative.

...on. Company policy are excellent, fair appraisal and have good bonus every year. Salary hike depends on yearly working achievements. Every year wep solutions organized games for employees and casuals, anybody can take part in the events.
