Pan India level spending a lot unnecessary that infection comes to regional and no cultural friendshipness also those were master performers of regional they were asked to leave, such good company and such a unforgettable lala ji culture.

Offering equal opportunity to every employee to learn and grow,work life balance and providing job stability also gives sufficient time for learning.

Variable pay was not in favour of employees but now deduction stopped, great decision taken by higher management in favour of employees 😂.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Big industry, opportunity to learning, A lot of SOP s are there but it takes time to stabilize it. Working culture is good and teammates are supportive .

Dislikes

Salary is not decent but Career growth is good enough to be satisfied.you can learn a lot from this industry. Management dont give enough salary hike and bonus are dream to be true.
