...standing the company's brand value tries to compete with the established brands. Salary and increment is pathetic. Tada structure is pathetic. They consider their employees as labourers. Hr policies are not proper.

...tlement to his employees on leaving the job even if he serves the notice period. At any time if they are dissatisfied by the employee they stop his salary and perks without his knowledge and force him to leave the organisation.

They offered laptop me by 42750 with agreement of 50% company pay and 50% employee pay. They claimed full balance amount and they given me AGL invoice and strictly denied to give orginal invoice. So in my current employer my reputation spoiled.
