... attacks and vindictive behaviour against individuals who questioned management. People were continuously made insecure about their jobs and in the name of variable pay, the in-hand salary amount was not fixed. During the appraisal period, they always had one excuse or another to either deny or offer low salary correction. The annual bonus was lower than the monthly basic salary.

Welocalize doesn't pay for the work. They want to deposit some amount. It's feel like a scam 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Totally waste of time. I design 6 logo for Welocalize but I'm not received payment. Waste Waste Waste

The work-life balance is phenomenal. No one has ever heard of the term micro management. Though it's a 9 hrs shift nobody questions you if you remain offline for a few hours as long as you deliver the desired results at the end of the day. Management is very supportive and treats every individual equally..

Compensation is very less as compared to other organisations for similar roles..

The organisation is very close knit. There is vast scope for improvement and streamlining the process.

The quality team doesn't have the autonomy to make decisions. The leads do not support or encourage new ideas. The work life balance needs to be looked into

The HR policies are not employee friendly. You have to voice your concern to get issues addressed & rectified, only if you are lucky.
