No work life balance, company promotes work life integration which implies 24x7 work, employees are expected to work all the time, too much work pressure 5 days working, but you are expected to work on all days No clarity about business direction, everyone seems confused, employees are expected to work on anything, even senior leaders are made to cold call and get leads Toxic environment, favouritism works a lot, not a very startup-y culture, if you build relations then you are promoted inspite of non-performance, not meritocracy driven culture as claimed during interviews None has a clue what's going on in the company, blindly copying what competitors are doing Lot's of micromanagement, they hire good people and then don't provide scope to work on good things Idea is promising, but the work is very trivial Doesn't recommend this organisation, dont join if you have any other options, especially people from good institutes, your career will take a set back here, you will learn nothing

From very first day people will start judging about your work. They try to make a friendly environment but failing to do so. Leadership and team mentors cannot be any worse for any junior who is joining and having less experience. My team mentor was very worse and was not a team player, I got to know in this on the 4th day of work only. They are showing off like they are doing some next level work and solving some extraordinary problem which has not been done before.

With respect to process, they have clearly planned everything efficiently with little space for improvisation, and they have good emphasis on upskilling. Each day is filled with new surprises. Happy to work here.

Very Good environment .freedom to work ..no hierarchy in terms of giving suggestion ..highly recommended organization where even CEO tries to understand the situation of an employee..working with passion so as there is no compulsion or discrimination in any means

Staff was cooperative. Colleagues were good. Everyone worked like a team. Team Leader was very understanding.

Dislikes

You are not treated like humans. They have work timings but inorder to complete your target you have to work over time sometime even on Sundays. No job security. At some level there is partiality also.
