Good work life balance. Now a days new rules keep adding like keep your camera on. Recruitment is made easier so new joiners are a bit lazy and try to depend on senior team members. Salary increments are average.

Forget about year end bonus....and if you are on notice check all hr policies. Even bonus is credited in your account , it will be taken back if you submit resignation even on the same day of bonus credit. Weird policy, i never experienced in my entire career...and they same caring abt employee

The compensation. The work life balance. The company takes care of the employees. Work is done at a leisurely pace.

Dislikes

Learning tends to diminish after some time. My work has been predominantly on modernizing very old applications. Lacks a youth / fresher culture, who tends to bring in a lot on enthusiasm and fresh take on problem solving. Lot of hierarchy. Work hours tend to stretch due to collaboration with US teams in US timings.

When I joined it was flexible and comfortable, now it's all about scrutiny and it feels like we are caged for 8 hours

...n't have flexibility with hours We can't wear casual clothes Can't eat good food in canteen (btw canteen is really bad) Salary is less Too many conditions for everything
