...ife balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell

Pathetic superiors who think themselves as God. Poor Salary hike and bossy culture. Even HR and ER have no impacts and are toothless wonders. Ever changing dynamics and poor team structure are additional burdens. No clear plans and career promotion guidelines.

huge amount of old employees and politics, manager is sole and does take all the decisions, no proper HR control. Frequent policy changes, due to which employees are always in confusion.

1) The hiring managers prefer to hire only North or West side of Indians 2) Full of politics 3) No salary growth, they will trap and luck you here in the name of work-life balance 4) No employee engaging events at all. They are there just for the sake of it, but doesn't really help 5) No clear guidance to career path by the managers/management 6) Favouritism Many more....
