huge amount of old employees and politics, manager is sole and does take all the decisions, no proper HR control. Frequent policy changes, due to which employees are always in confusion.

Compensation only. Rest all is crap of this company, pay you for bearing the toxicity only

...e allegations in mid and year end reviews to put them in PIP and silent layoffs. Don't higher good candidates for short duration of you can't pay them what they deserve. Manager's are very toxic, behave like son in law's of company. Old tech stack, least learning, workmlife balance is just an outside hype here.

Additionally, team dynamics were not always supportive, and trust issues within the team made collaboration difficult. A more positive and encouraging culture could significantly improve the overall experience.

Competitive Salary, Year end bonus, Cab facility, Shift allowance, Yearly fair promotion cycle, Fair Performance Review cycle and appraisal.

Dislikes

Worst Work Culture, Typical labour owner culture, Managers try to become boss and order on teammates, Zero tax benefits, Worst Mediclaim Policy, No skill development, It's complete clerical work, No automation approach, Top management don't have visibility and any strategy.

Work life balance and pay is good as per norms.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.
