Company is good for 1-3yr experienced people to gain experience, Salary is too less compared to other competitors

...ndemic time they made a good profit and they deducted salaries of employees. They hold and deduct salary for unnecessary reasons. They don’t have ethics. No other benefits.

I have 4 years experience in this company, teammates are supportive, managers treats like friends, work culture is good, no pressure from managers, company policies are good, they give bonus every year,

Salary is decent but career growth is slow, No increment from last 2 years

Politics is everywhere exist, its depends on peoples.Training team is excellent. Career growth is good for sales team depends on target & performance.

... can say to leave the company. If any employee die also you need to come office. Less salary and very less increment after 1 year only. For Chinese every 3 month they are giving atleast 15 days holidays. But for Indians only 1 day holiday is consider.

Nothing is there to like about. Given my precious 4.5 years. Office politics completely destroyed it. Field team are hardworking, but i couldn’t able to support them much due to poor management and support.

Everything are disliked. Except on field sales team, they are hardworking. They deserve better of what they are getting.

very poor management rules.. and no value for talents and corporate culter is ill... no respect for women .. basically indians has no respect there ... they will learn from indian and then push them backwards and they will stand front. They are using indians to learn things thats it.. no increment ..no good culture ..worst things there divide n rule policy is applied ...indian fight within indians ....worst ever company i worked so long..i dont like anything.
