Worst Teammate, No company sponsored training at all, No job security at all, No proper appraisal since no HR is there and no career growth, Always office politics, worst work environment, no opportunity to learn since the senior don't share or permit at all. There is no scope for work life balance even if you spend so much of man hours. Seniors don't work at all and always busy in groupism.
