All Policies are made for the man Sitting at Top, So much of discrimination, So much Politics from top, They use abusive language, you will feel intimidated here, No Job security any time you will be asked to resign. You, your family will suffer the bad work life balance, effect your health, financial issues etc etc. if you still choose to join " YOU WILL REGRET NOT HEEDING MY ADVISE"

The higher management is not worthy of their position. Only one person is ruling the company without the knowledge of anything.
