The company is giving flexible working hours, work from home opportunities and on time salary to the employees. I think it weights more than any negative point of the company.

I like various things about Webskitters. It includes the Saturday-Sunday fixed off, flexible work timings, work from home opportunity, on-time salary, and last but not the least the HR policies.

This company is the best ever company I worked .Enormous Project Flow , Growth , Challenging work environment, On time Salary , Good Hike Cycle if you are a performer .In my opinion this is the Best IT company in Kolkata , which reflects National Award from our Prime Minister .If you want to work in a challenging environment without your superior intervention this is the company you should select .

Nothing as such , management is very helpful and fast paced .No place for non performer .

All the projects are international. You'll get chance to work on projects based on US, UK, Middle East countries etc.

...er having a very long tiring day. You have to literally beg for leave approvals. The notice period is of 3 months and you won't be paid salary when serving your notice period. If you don't attend office on Friday or Monday, they will deduct salaries of 3 days. I can go on and on.

... delay. 2.Toxic Work culture: your manager & management play dirty politics. 3.Low compensation compared to other companies in kolkata. 4.Inhumane working hours : 9.5 hrs which extends to 11 hrs frequently. 5.No respect for employees I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair,balanced & respectful work environment.
