Low Salary, increments/ apraisal nil unless you really really push thriugh, politics (in a really bad way), no fun, anytime you might receive ample work load which u have to do before deadline. No job security.

The work culture here is pathetic even I would say there is no culture here, no HR nothing, boss is not interested in the company and employees, I don't understand how this company is running, they are fooling their clients by doing wrong work and they don't have any management, they will pressurize you to do lot of work and also misbehave with you, also some understand matured people like a girl named Kajal is the team lead here, she is highly immature girl and knows nothing but to puts a lot of work on her team and misbehaving, also nothing you can learn from here, they will fool you in interview that you can learn alot of things from here and hire you at low salary which will never going to increase until you beg them many times, so I recommend not to join such fake companies.
