Worst management no job security full of politics not a good platform to show of talent or built your valuable career. Workplace politics, lack of job security, and biased management can create a toxic environment that stifles growth and discourages talent. When leadership prioritizes favoritism over merit, it often leads to frustration and a lack of motivation for employees who genuinely want to contribute and grow. Management supports only if you are from christianity or Tamilian with zero talent and boozers who boozes with leadership. Govt job for employees with no talent 🤣 If you are muslim no prayer rooms provided but for other occasions rooms are provided without exceptions. Growth only for chamchas who 🤤 with zero talent. All talented Managers are terminated and managers who does'nt have skills to speak with the client and no subject knowledge and depends on their chamchas to face client are worshipped... If you talk about rules and argue they will simply target plan and terminate. If they decided to fire and employee may be it's user or team lead etc no matter what they will search and plan at back, script that as posh or integrity issues filming with the users statements that cheap tricks are played. MD's rule In English its HITLER rule In Hyderabad it's TUGHLUQ rule. HR director they hired a psychology doctor and CBI & CID officers instead of Human Resource talents and there is no employee success it's totally employee failure just show of talent how to remove employees and fire them for no reasons by playing at your back 🤣 Not recommended for the people who are responsible at homes to run their families 😨 because they can fire you anytime for no reasons.

They provide 1150 rupees platos based coupons to be used within the webpt pantry for all employees every month. Home pickup and drop cab facility. Good medical insurance facility for employee and dependents.

Dislikes

Communalism : Targeting specific community and restricting them to use vacant area for prayers and allowing others to celebrate every day. (Creating rules to target Muslims) Groupism: Never allows any person to open up or bond until management founds threat of escalation. Unfair behavior: Creates false accusations on a targeted employee such as POSH/ Data Manipulation/ Integrity issue which is blindly backed by MD/SM without any inquiry and terminates the person.

Zero knowledge people on management positions lots of politics very bad to understand the process… Managers kind position and don’t even know to speak with onshore/ client…all time depends on there chamchas…. Worst ever experience in short time

Drop the idea of getting selected in IT services here,rest of BPO operations might be better.

Firstly I forgot being a part of product based, later i realised client based is far more better than this, manager him self is a idiot, rest of the things are like hell.

They recruited wrong experienced TL for some process which is making shit experience. Sale TL can never become a corporate culture TL . They target agent and they will remove the agent at end. no job security and no Training will be given. The management is not proper over there. Manager will only ask money for agents. This is the 1st organization which faced many terrible situations.
