(Creating rules to target Muslims) Groupism: Never allows any person to open up or bond until management founds threat of escalation. Unfair behavior: Creates false accusations on a targeted employee such as POSH/ Data Manipulation/ Integrity issue which is blindly backed by MD/SM without any inquiry and terminates the person.

Drop the idea of getting selected in IT services here,rest of BPO operations might be better.

Firstly I forgot being a part of product based, later i realised client based is far more better than this, manager him self is a idiot, rest of the things are like hell.

They recruited wrong experienced TL for some process which is making shit experience. Sale TL can never become a corporate culture TL . They target agent and they will remove the agent at end. no job security and no Training will be given. The management is not proper over there. Manager will only ask money for agents. This is the 1st organization which faced many terrible situations.
