variable amount never on time, they simply refuse sometimes as well, no respect for any member other than devs, they'll hire you for salesforce and assign php project so expect working different tech than u were hired for

Great place to start with as a fresher.Learnt alot here . They give good salaries to fresher . Amazing work life balance.

No/minimal appreciation to freshers.Appreciation given to same employees every year to retain them.

It's a good company for freshers but one cannot stay for long period if you want growth in technical and monetary terms. I loved working there under a very skill-full team leaders which helped me in my career growth.

Dislikes

Slow growth, low appraisals, too much politics, no trips.
