Worst process they're having. 1. They took 1st screening call for 45mins. 2. After that senior QA took a interview for 45min. 3. The co-founder took the interview. 4. VP supposed to took an interview. But they scheduled with their project manager. 5. Project manager didn't joined the interview call. 6. 2nd day he joined and took an interview for 30mins. 7. He said he wants to provide a task to me. 8. He asked for F2F. 9. He didn't gave any task, he was just arguing about silly questions with a ego. Worst experience experience ever in my 5+ year of experience.

Completed internship at Webkorps, i would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience. Key issues faced: Compensation did not match what was promised at the time of recruitment. My probation period was extended without clear reasons or proper communication. Promised me employment after 6 months was not confirmed. I resigned, informed HRs and boss, but claims of absence persisted due to this i was denied an internship completion certificate. even after completing the 6 months of internship. Communication, especially from HR, was poor and sometimes non-existent. This kind of unprofessionalism and exploitation of freshers was not expected. Future interns should be aware of these challenges from this company.

Webkorps has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, and to talk about seniors they provide magnificent hold up for juniors. And webkorps provide more importance to health safety, environment and this is required for long term sustainability.

Dislikes

Poor culture. No job security. No HR benifits. Don't have maternity leaves. On declaration of your maternity they terminate you. Gives you permanent work from home on offer letter later ask you to join from office. Very unprofessional behaviour. No communication in between HR mangement to the hire management. No client trust. Never spoil your career.
