Bad politics from the old people like TL and Senior TL, not a recommended company to join stay alert new joiners, don’t join just for the sake of money, if you are bootlickers then you can join and if you are a hard worker, they don’t appreciate it.

All the above factors. They provide a good work life balance with ample work opportunities. They could do better in terms of skill development and learning but I guess looking at the current focus, that's pretty modest and can pace up slowly.
