- hierarchy with no growth - most of the time is spent in company politics - if you’re good at sucking up to people, you’ll grow. Otherwise you won’t - the level of toxicity is insane

Excellent company culture and benefits however its the people which drowns this boat!

Dislikes

The senior management are stooges and basically wants everybody to work according to their whims and fancies. Unethical work environment and with lot of office politics. The HR seems hopeless as they themselves are trying hard to be in good books of vp's and president.
