...etimes they did not provide salary 2months..after 3 month they gave you salary..salary package is very low, & no job security is there

...mpany (no lie), my gratitude goes to both the directors / owners of the company. They gave me an opportunity and a decent starter package which helped meet every month's end meet.

Non Professional, Aggresive Project managers in the U.S. shift. Old Employees were bullied after being called personally to the cabin on the first floor when failed to meet targets on specific months. No growth, improvement of ranks when maintaining a decent record. Callers from the U.S. shift were asked to stay with their supervisors as punishment for not making sales, while the supervisors slept on duty right before us, killing time.

I have learnt so many thing from WEBEL ISP which were totally unknown to me.it is a great experience working with WEBEL ISP.

Dislikes

Normally there is no disliking to me for working at WEBEL ISP. But there is a little problem that is no space for improving knowledge.
