I wish i cud actually say anything good about this factory which is ruled by kim jong un. Mama as we all call him is a sethji of burrabajar of kolkata. Good thingz are only the free snacks and free entertainment from stand up comedian cum PA HR.

Dislikes

1. Maama does not know how to run a company he thinks if he is paying salary it is his birthright to exploit employees. 2. Fnf is either not received or given in emis or given after u send court letter. 3. Mama has a blue eyed dove working fr him who is a snake actually. Snakes job is to get ppl fired by filling mamas ears. 4. HR is a cartoon. 5. Mama is v scared of only one person , his ex wife KJ. If she says anything he will obey as a sermon. Actual boss is her. LOL 6. Mama will not wanna recruit anyone to fill openings but kp asking others to share the exit employee work. 7. Mama calls up female employees at late hours i had heard n asked them to work by default. Behavr towards females not good at all, sxreams and talks veryyyy badly infront kf othrrs. Upbringing is bad simply. He keeps saying rayeesi chalra.. as if we are working in his house 8 No technical knowledge , only talks big n googles it all befr speaking. 9. He is scared of giving designation hikes to ppl god knws y!!! 10. He is also a stalker on social n stalks employees and checks thr personal life (he has no life thats y expects othrs nt to hav either) 11. V Good past talents like ayan, avik, satarupa, aditi, suman , ratna piyush all left the organisation and now only lovebird coupls (who cm to work to romance) n politicians are there. All good and talented guyz have left in the right time. He shud simply get his wife bk as he has no brains to run this madhouse.i feel bad for ppl who get treated badly. In past he sacked good ppl like mansubb husain who was a good guy. If he doesnt like u he will sack u. Simple. Pls dont see lycrative salary, bonus or free food n come here. Pls only com hr if no option as onxe ur in, u will need a counsellor as ull have both mental n physical health issues due to stress. Same happened to other seniors. Mama gives designation n snatches it away also reduces salary too. LOL. The content main guy needs cleaning. N project managr needs a dictionary. Ok bye

...so not there. There is nothing called employee benefits. So called yearly bonus. Once you resign, salary will be on hold. They will release the full and final settlement amount after many months.

They will assign multiple task nor even related to tour role. Will make you work on weekends late nights. Their CEO has no idea what he wants he keeps on changing his ideas and force employees to blindly follow him

The list is long. The company is a definition of what happens when a mentally unstable baniya decides to run a joint. everything that could go wrong will go wrong with you here so much so that your family might want to put you on a suicide watch. Spineless HR who is himself worried about saving his job. They hired technical PMs without knowing what project to assign and are too quick to fire them. out of 4 units, 3 are literally crapping on company money and the one unit perfoming is getting grilled left right and center.

THIS IS A VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, THEY CALL YOU FOR AN INTERVIEW AND INFORM THE SAME TO YOUR CURRENT COMPANY BOSS, AND AFTER THE INTERVIEW THEY WILL REJECT YOU. IN MY CASE THIS WAS DONE MY "SESHADRI BASAK"
