Absolutely nothing. Join only if you are very desperate to get a job and can't wait for a better opportunity.

...and dirty premises 4. Bad client handling and unprofessional service provider 5. Very low pay scale and a lot of employee exploitation. 6. The CEO doesn't hesitate to utilise your services for free and will not pay you if you leave the office given the unhealthy work culture after half a month of working relentlessly.

...ammates were fine. But the Manager was too rude. There was no HR in the company. Salary was not provided timely. No proper rules and policies. No experience letter also provided.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
