...y have not any work life balance. You have to work day and night simultaneously. But they will not pay for the double shift.

1) No Work life balance. 2) Double shift regularly without any extra pay 3) You have to work on the weekend. This is MANDATORY for the sales person. 4) No holidays for the sales persons. You have to work on the holidays without any extra pay.
