1) No Work life balance. 2) Double shift regularly without any extra pay 3) You have to work on the weekend. This is MANDATORY for the sales person. 4) No holidays for the sales persons. You have to work on the holidays without any extra pay.

1. Management is not good. 2. Management is not that much professional and efficient to run a company. 3. Management is partial to some employees. 4. Employees don't have any sick leaves.

HR and project managers are very good and helpful. Overall very good place to work at.

Trade carefully if you are an introvert like me. People don't want to understand the introvert point of view from what I have seen.
