Compensation is decent,but growth is slow The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evet and sometimes late into the night.managers do not value an individuals, unique strenghs, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Everything, salary Date - 16 to 20 of next month. Politics, upper management only want to earn money , create problem during notice period , loss making , running on donation/grants, arrange money every month to pay salary. Unnecessary blame game of work. Managers are not qualified. Internal audit needed in this organisation.

Salary is not good and growth is very slow and in this no fix location we have alloted if tender is change every year then we have to move other location where the company have tender so we can not live with family in this job
