Ne er work of disgusting liers like them they commit a salary but when you get your firsybpay check its 30percent less no work balance tey treat employees like dirt

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Poor work culture. No room for personal space. Can't criticize a decision. Pay scale not in accordance with the market. Fires pregnant girls even though the firm claims to stand up for women in the industry.

Nothing to like about the company they expect you to bring your own computer to work even yea and coffee are on payment basis they have a hire and fire policy work hours are extremely long a total waste of time a company with zero ethics

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
