You won't be satisfied working as an architect here, There are teams segregated based on different stores, which you'll have to work on the same thing all the 365 days. As the time passes (within a month) you start realising it's not a worthy job for an architect. You'll start looking for the offices, Unless if you don't like doing architecture/Int. Design projects. It's a completely desk job, with a decent pay which they'll offer you whatever amount you insist them within the industry laws. If you're really don't love architecture/Int. Design. This place is for you.

Lots of Team politics No team leader is gonna take stand for you, you'll have to be your own saviour. After 3 months they'll give you the hybrid mode and start to pressure to give you more work load. If the work's not getting completed on time, they'll threat you to cancel your hybrid mode.

Their ability to fool people by showing thr poster of work life balance

Dislikes

Managers are the outdated people from the industry- they have no idea and exposure of what is going out side. Specially Deepali Kamath, this lady have no sense of how to talk, and she thinks highly about herself, Overall its a worst place to be.

Nothing. If you want to forget your skills as an architect and want to work as a draftsmen without brains then this would be a perfect place to work. This place lacks professionalism and is run on the whims and fancies of a women who has no knowledge of this profession. The HR is a sidekick of the boss and follows her like a lap dog. The HR department is a joke. The work environment is toxic and full of politics. They advocate the presence of a work life balance but the truth is far far away from it. On an average every person ends up working 16hrs daily and if anyone complains then the standard reply is the "the door is open to them". Policies are made and brought into action as per the convenience of a vengeful women running this office.

Dislike Everything. They do not know how to respect professionals who truly know their job. When a person from the HR background tries to run a so called architectural firm then the only importance that is associated with work or quality is office events and games. Sincerely advice everyone who is looking for meaningful work and to understand the architecture profession to stay far far away from this joke of an office.
